We’re committed to ensuring you’re delighted with our products, and we stand by their quality. If you encounter any print errors or noticeable quality defects, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. To help us resolve any quality concerns quickly, please email us at support@divinetheology.com with clear photos of the item placed on a flat, well-lit surface.

As our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for general reasons or issues related to sizing.

At Divine Theology, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer the following return policy:

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Refund Policies

Eligibility For Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

How To Initiate A Return

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@divinetheology.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take some time for your product to reach your destination.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellations

Product Orders Cancellations Policy

As all products are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in cases of quality issues.

Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these specific criteria, and you provide a photograph clearly showing the quality issue to our support team.

PayPal: Refunds processed through PayPal will be reflected in your account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit/Debit Card: Refunds processed to your credit or debit card will typically appear in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Donation/Tips Cancellation Policy

Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips.

3. Do you ship internationally?

• At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping soon!

• Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes. After 24 hours, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order may have already been processed.
